By Ellen Heed
Pure Yoga Singapore – Ngee Ann City
2 – 6 February 2009
Pure Yoga Hong Kong – Tsim Sha Tsui

What does “Pain & Orthopedic Evaluation” mean?
Orthopedic Evaluation means using real-world anatomy & physiology as tools for understanding where pain comes from & how to resolve it.
This CET is fun. It’s functional, and not at all abstract. Ellen will give you usable tools to help you and your students identify and resolve common pain syndromes. Using familiar yoga poses, hands-on work, clays and oils, and most important, your accurate perception so you can learn to eliminate the guess work about where pain comes from.
This CET is a series of workshops devoted to the “how” and “why” of pain. Each workshop will be divided into two sessions:
| • |
A three-hour Lecture-Demonstration |
| • |
A four-hour hands-on Practice Session |
| |
|

| • |
Working with the Emotional Body |
| • |
