Yoga with Eileen Hall - A Practice You Can Take Home
22 - 28 April 2007
Eileen Hall has been a student of yoga since 1982. During this time she has spent many years in India studying with both Sri Pattabhi Jois, master of the Ashtanga Yoga method, and BKS Iyengar, master of the Iyengar Yoga method. During the Bali retreat, Eileen will teach from a practical level. A yoga practice cannot be limited from books and theory alone, it is essential to internaly experience the essence of yoga through a daily consistant and sincere practice. Learn the basic techniques of Ashtanga Yoga and understand what an intergrated practice is and how to incorporate this into a life practice. This Ashtanga Vinyasa series will be taught slowly, each day building upon the previous days class. Over the course of time the body and mind begins to experience a sense of calm while being revitalized and refreshed.
