Deepening our practice through Spirituality
The spiritual side of Yoga deals with a deeper understanding of one's own true nature. While it encompasses the practice of asana, or yogic postures, it goes beyond the realm of the physical into the essence of human existence. Vedanta is a universal philosophy that can illuminate every aspect of our lives. This talk covers the basics of the Vedantic philosophy and its application in everyday life. The philosophy reveals yoga as a way of life. It enhances and extends the value of asana practice. Through these teachings, you can deepen your understanding of Yoga.

Hong Kong lectures:
The Yoga of Change
The Perfect Person – Stithaprjna
The Yogic Art of Relationships
