Victor has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past seven years. He drew his influence from various styles of yoga from classical to modern yoga systems. His style is goal oriented and precise. He believes that yogashould have both elements of Yin & Yang to bring the |
body, energy and mind to balance. Only by experiencing the two extremes will one be able to come back to the “centre”. Victor met Paul Grilley – the founder of Yin Yoga in 2004 Dec and has completed a teacher training with Paul on Yin Yoga and Anatomy for Yoga. He continues to study with Paul and Sarah Power on a residential yoga teacher training program at San Francisco in Feb 2007. Victor continues to explore this path with his own intuitive knowledge. Since 2005, Victor travels widely in Asia to share his knowledge on Yin Yoga. He also runs Yin Yoga workshops and Teacher Training. You may contact Victor at 65 98260088 or email info@yogainasia.com. |

Taoist Yoga and Qigong: Balance, Harmonize & Transform with Heather Korotie
In Taoist Yoga we seek to harmonize yin & yang energies in our bodies to cultivate the Tao within ~ our limitless potential. Yin yoga is a receptive practice that encourages our deepest listening with an attitude of compassion and acceptance. It cultivates our ability to meet ourselves wherever we are at. Using long-held passive postures, the Yin practice focuses on the yin tissues: bones, joints and fascia. The Yin practice keeps the body supple at its core and has a balancing effect on the organ and meridian systems. Along with other benefits, the practice encourages the subtle body to open which forges a deep connection and attunement with our inner knowing and transformative capacities. Retreat Costs: $700 tuition + 9 nights Accommodations & Meals ($397 -$687 depending on room size, etc.). Travel costs are not included. For more information, visit http://www.taoretreats.com or call 888-293-6771.
