This training comprises of 60 hours in total. The course will enable
existing yoga teachers and educators to skillfully teach children from
aged 3 to teenages. Based on the ‘multiple intelligences theory’ of
Harvard Gardner, the course content will cover all aspects of yoga in a
fun and playful way. Using props, storytelling, music, art and
age-appropriate themes, teachers will learn how to teach with
confidence and creativity, modeling patience and acceptance to the
students and supporting a fair, non-competitive environment.
Participants will learn how to apply yoga in the classroom, understand
how to build confidence, trust, teamwork, focus, concentration, and a
sense of calm with a varied and engaging repertoire of teaching skills.
