Join Certified Anusara Teacher Ross Rayburn in this 30-hour training and learn how to develop your intelligence in helping students with injuries, weaknesses or limitations in their bodies.

Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment have received worldwide respect and recognition as one of the most effective and therapeutic methods in addressing injuries or body weaknesses/limitations. Yoga teachers are fast adopting these elegant and universal principles to help their students effectively deal with a wide range of injuries and weaknesses, from minor body aches to chronic back pain and traumatic incidental injuries. These principles can also be employed to address conditions such as auto-immune diseases and other more subtle medical conditions.
This yoga therapy training serves as a way to help yoga practitioners develop a deeper understanding of the Anusara Universal Principals of Alignment, through the view of a yoga therapist, and inviting them to embark on a self-healing journey. It is also a platform to help yoga teachers develop the skill to confidently work with their injured students.

Included in this training will be the techniques used for manual therapeutic adjustments, sequencing guidelines for therapeutic regimens and also an emphasis on the role of attitude and spirituality in the healing process.
